How fast is Fast Track, really?

Most Fast Track jobs are in and out in three to five business days. When we look at the damage we give you a real pickup date, and we hold it.

Should I file a claim or pay out of pocket?

For damage in the $500 to $3,500 range a lot of people pay out of pocket and keep a claim off their record. Others would rather use insurance, and we work with every carrier. We give you the number first so you can decide.

What is not a Fast Track job?

Anything with bent frame rails, airbag deployment or structural damage. We are set up for reconditioning and light body repair, not heavy collision work, and we will tell you straight when a job belongs at a different shop.

Will the repair match the rest of the vehicle?

Yes. Refinishing is blended into the adjacent panels so the repair reads as one continuous surface rather than a patch, which is exactly what a buyer or an appraiser looks for.
